SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

 

Shipping Policies:

General Shipping Information:
Thank you for your order. We strive to expedite every order so that you can have your product as quickly as possible. If an item is backordered but is due to be available very shortly we will generally hold the order and send everything together. If the backorder will still take several weeks for production then we will send the rest of your order ahead and the backorder when it's ready.
Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss.
If a package is returned to us because of a bad address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. If you choose to cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping charges will not be refunded.
In order to ensure that your package is not picked up by someone else, do not have your package delivered to a location where strangers may sign for or take your package.
The shipping time listed below refers to the time in transit, once the package leaves our store. Note that Standard mail shipments without backorders are usually shipped within 72 hours of the order. Priority mail or Fed Ex orders without backorders are generally shipped within 24 hours. This may vary if we happen to be on the road taping a conference at the time of your order. Shipping Options:
Currently we offer the following shipping options:

· Standard: Use this for the most economical way to send packages within the United States. Shipping time ranges from five to fifteen business days. Packages sent through standard mail are not tracked and we cannot provide updates about the location of your package once it has shipped. (This is the most common choice for customers without a particular deadline.)
· Priority: Use this method for faster delivery within the United States. The United States Postal Service says that packages should arrive within 2-3 business days but DOESN'T MAKE GUARANTEES. Packages sent through Priority mail are not tracked and we cannot provide updates about the location of your package once it has shipped.
· FedEx Ground: Use this method for guaranteed delivery within the United States. FedEx guarantees that your package will arrive within 5 business days. Each package is insured and contains a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. FEDEX GROUND CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE ENTER A STREET ADDRESS FOR FEDEX DELIVERY.
· FedEx 2 Day: Use this method for guaranteed delivery within the United States. FedEx guarantees that your package will arrive within 2 business days. Each package is insured and contains a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. FEDEX 2 DAY CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE ENTER A STREET ADDRESS FOR FEDEX DELIVERY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE ITEMS YOU ARE ORDERING ARE IN STOCK (READ OUR ARRIVAL GUIDE FOR DETAILS).
· Surface Mail: Usually the most economical and slowest shipping method for addresses outside of the United States. Packages can take from 4-6 weeks to arrive at the country of destination but actual delivery to your address could take longer depending on the quality of your postal service. Packages shipped surface mail are not tracked.
· Air Mail: The fastest method of shipment we use for addresses outside of the United States. Delivery to the country of destination takes between 1-2 weeks but actual delivery to your address can take longer depending on the quality of your postal service. Packages shipped air mail are not tracked.

Remember that the shipping times above are in addition to the availability time. We mail the product as soon as it is available. Most items are available to be shipped within 72 hours of ordering, but again, if you have special deadlines to meet, please contact us by phone to ensure they are met.
Orders within the United States will be processed as soon as payment is received. If you elect to send us a check or call in a credit card number we will not begin processing your order until we receive your payment.

 

International Orders:

When we ship a foreign order it should take 4-6 weeks to arrive at the destination country if shipped surface mail and within 1-2 weeks when shipped airmail. Depending on the quality of your local postal system actual arrival at your address could take substantially longer.

Lost International Shipments
On rare occasions an international order may be lost in shipping. We make every effort to properly package, postmark and record foreign shipments but cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of a package once it leaves our store for a foreign destination. No money will be refunded for orders that are lost or damaged once they leave our store. This policy applies to all addresses outside of the 50 United States except for American military addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders sent to addresses outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and duties. We will include customs forms with all such orders.
Unfortunately, customs fees vary greatly from country to country and we are not able to provide you with this information. If you are having a package shipped to an address outside of the United States please contact your customs office before completing the order so you know what fees, if any, may be charged when your package arrives.

 

Return Policy

Defective and Mistakenly-Shipped Merchandise:
If merchandise is defective or we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will pay any shipping costs involved in replacing the merchandise or correcting our error.

Non-Defective Merchandise:
We have a 10% restocking fee on returns of non-defective merchandise and do not reimburse for any shipping and handling.
After 30 days we will not accept a return unless you first call us to explain the problem and the delay in returning the merchandise.

Non-Returnable:
We do not allow returns on opened CDs, cassette tapes, DVDs, or videos. (These items are generally shrink-wrapped.) Any other non-returnable items will be clearly marked as such on the item description page.
Please do not send items that do not meet the above conditions as you will not receive a refund for them and they will not be returned to you.

Making Returns:
If you need to return merchandise and your item meets our return criteria, please send an e-mail about your return within 30 days of the postmark on your package. Send this email to contact@ourfatherswillcommunications.com. After 30 days we will not accept a return. Please provide us with your order number, the reason for your return and the name, address and phone number of the person who placed the order. If you are sending back defective merchandise, please describe the defect to us. In the case of a defective book, mark the error with a piece of paper or a sticky note.

1. Place the merchandise in the original shipping package or another comparable package. Include in the package your order number, the reason for your return and the name, address and phone number of the person who placed the order. If you are sending back defective merchandise, please describe the defect to us. Please carefully pack and protect the merchandise and wrap the package securely to keep merchandise from moving during shipment.
